GLS Parcel Delivery Information

With GLS parcel delivery, you can have your package delivered to your home or to the nationwide GLS locker network where available. Lockers may not be available in every country. If you place your order by 12:00 and all products are in stock, we generally start preparing it the same day so that the courier can collect it that day. Domestic parcels are usually delivered on the next business day after dispatch. For international parcels, based on our experience, the average delivery time is 2–4 days to Germany and 1–3 days to Austria.

With GLS, you can choose home delivery or delivery to a GLS ParcelShop. We cannot offer parcel-point delivery for every product, as excessively cold or hot ambient temperatures may damage the product. 

For doTERRA products, GLS delivery may be replaced by doTERRA's official carrier. In this case, delivery to a parcel locker is not offered during checkout.
